Background[]

Morvannon's mother, an eladrin wizard of the Imperium, discovered that she was pregnant shortly after a festival in honor of Aphrodeys involving rather too much wine and a devilishly handsome human mercenary. Morvannon thus grew up in the arcane academy where she was a respected researcher, surrounded by magic in all its forms. He showed strong aptitude for the arcane, but had great difficulty mastering the arts of controlled spell use. A month before his sixteenth birthday, Morvannon's mother announced her intention to venture into the Feywild in order to retrieve a gift for him -- an object she believed would help him focus his spellweaving.

He has neither seen nor heard from her in five years.

Morvannon has devoted himself to discovering his mother's fate, turning to every potential source of information. His most recent effort involved an untested scrying ritual into the Feywild, in an effort to make contact with or at least find traces of his mother. Instead, his efforts caught the attention of a nameless elemental being, which offered to grant Morvannon power and assistance in his search in exchange for an unspecified future favor. Morvannon, desperate to the point of rashness, accepted the proposal and is now bound to the elemental, serving as a channel for its energies to flow into the world.

Appearance and personality[]

Personality: Morvannon is intense and driven. He can become focused on solving a problem to the point of needing to be reminded to eat. He is usually calm and rational in evaluating situations, unless there is a possible link to his search.

Physical Description: Morvannon Rinael is a slender young man with sandy brown hair worn shoulder-length, bright green eyes, and a neatly trimmed beard. His ears are more sharply pointed than is the norm for half-elves. He favors deep blue colors in his clothing and gear. Slung at one hip is a short rod made from a translucent green stone, and at the other a wickedly curved sickle.

I can't see anything that stops me from approving Morvannon but both warlock's curse and fey step are both class features and not powers and the others could be cranky about that so remove them from the powers list in the summary.

Looks great. I just have a couple suggestions, but nothing that will hold up approval: 1. You might want to put Diplomacy in your summary, since it's more than just Cha+1/2 level. 2. We usually put the region bonus in the feat columns, but what you have works.
