Background[]

Hadrak grew up as a youth in Mykanos. As a rebellious and thoughtless youth he rebelled early against the brotherhood of Eon's takeover. It cost him dearly; rounded up with the early troublemakers he spent long months in captivity before the end of their reign of terror. The treatments he received were appalling and broke his body as they strenghtened his will. The long solitude quelled his recklessness and now he is a faithful servant of Eefeystos, in his forger aspect. He lost most of his family in the events except for a few uncles and for his brother. Initially outraged that his brother chose to flee to Daunton, he nows sees the wisdom of it; he has four children and a wife to think of. These young nephews and nieces are the future of his family. Still, they are estranged at the moment as Hadrak is just a little too proud to admit he was wrong yet. Maybe soon...

He now undertake a pilgrimage in the world. His ultimate goal would be to establish at last a safe haven for the dwarves in this part of the worl. How will it come to pass& Overthrowing the imperiums and claiming the mines for their own? Discovering a ruined kingdom and reclaiming it from the wild? Simply negotiating for a piece of worthy land and gathering his extended family and everydwarf willing to live in a kingdom that is at last their own? He doesn't yet know. He is no longer foolish enough to embark on an ill conceived plan. He figures that within the next ten year he should have his answer.

Since then he has saved a little girl endangered by her unscrupulous father, ensured the completion of the miraculous redemption of an evil dragon started by Treehammer himself and saved the crowd of an opera from being trampled by giant statues. All in all, things are going well.

Personality: Hadrak is a surprisingly cheerful dwarf who is given to occasional bouts of sadness or intensity. He is undomitable and no matter how hard the challenge, he always figures he has been through worse. After ten months in the tender care of the Brotherhood of Eon, he might be right. Hadrak is a young dwarf prematurely aged. There are traces of gray in his thick beard and he walks bent like an old man. He carries his father hammer with him at all time though he can barely wield it because of his bad back. He mostly uses it as a walking stick.
